How to take part

Book your running slot and order your Santa suit/hats here Sign up each runner here
To run with your friends simply book the same run slot.
Everyone who starts the run gets a Santa Run medal on the day.
Elf Toddle for Pre-School children. Simply turn up on the day, complete the Elf Toddle and receive a prize! Elf Toddle is free and doesn’t need booking. Limited prizes.
Quiet-Time run slot for runners from 2:00pm – 2:15pm for participants who want to take part but with less noise.
Don’t forget your sponsorship form!

We are inviting all children who join the Santa Run to raise sponsorship from friends and family.
Send your sponsors the ‘sponsor a runner’ link OR use the form attached to the Santa Run email from the Friends.
All money raised goes to the Friends of Bell Farm charity which benefits all the children at Bell Farm School.
There is a Bell Farm School class competition: the class who raises the most money from sponsorships gets extra break time!

Yes! There will be lots of Christmas stalls with fun games, crafts and prizes. Come down and enjoy with family and friends – no booking required if you’re not running.
Refreshments and hot food also available.
Come and watch the runners and cheer them on!

How can I help

Volunteer – we need help to run the stalls, we simply cannot run events like this without your support. Please sign up here.
Jazzy Jars – Create a fun-filled, decorated jar with your child, perhaps using leftover Halloween treats! Jars can be filled with small items such as sweets, stationery, party favours etc. Trolleys will be out for collecting jars on the 5th of December or there will be a box for them in the office the week before the fair. These will be used for the Jazzy Jar tombola at the Christmas Fair.
Non uniform day for bottle donations – 28^th November trolleys will be out for collecting bottles. Bottles can be anything you like; prosecco, Fanta, ketchup, bubble bath. Please ensure used by date is after 6^th December 2025.
Cakes and bakes – we’re looking for donations of cakes and bakes, either homemade or store-bought (no nuts please), to sell at the fair. Christmas theme is encouraged, but optional. Cakes can be dropped off on afternoon of 5th or morning of 6th December.

How far is it? Either half a mile or a full mile – you decide on the day.
Do we have to wear Santa Suits? No, but we would love everyone to wear some sort of Santa suit or hat. You can bring your own or order when you book your slot.
Are pets allowed? No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in school grounds.
Can my children run without adults? If they are 7yrs or older they can run without adult supervision.
Can my children run with friends? Yes, just book the same run time when signing up.
Is it suitable for wheelchairs / buggies? Yes, there is a shorter, tarmacked route.
What time is it? Gates open 11.20am and first runners start 11:30am. Event closes by 2:30pm.
What if it rains? If the weather is exceptionally bad we have plans to move inside.
Do I have to raise sponsorship? No, this is optional, but please note we do not make money on Santa Run entries, sponsorship money is the main source of money raised for this event.
What is included in my entry? It’s an amazing experience to run with lots of other Santas plus you get a Bell Farm Santa Run medal for starting the course even if you do not finish!
